Our New Executive Director

It is with pleasure that we announce the selection of our new Executive Director, Jean Paul Caza. He has been acting as the Interim Executive Director since our previous ED, Arden Magill, retired last October.

This past year has been one of great change for St. Francis Advocates, and with Jean Paul at the helm, we have been very successful, meeting each challenge with positivity, innovation, and adaptability.

Jean Paul has been with St. Francis Advocates since 2005, and has been an integral part of the agency since his first day. In his previous role as Director of Operations for Properties and Legislation, he was responsible for many of the amazing changes we have experienced over the past few years, managing the implementation and upgrades to our locations, vehicles and programs. His education and experience with the Southwest Regional Centre, initially as a DSW but later as an MCSS Regional Placement facilitator during SRC’s closure initiative, combined with his natural abilities in developing person-centric programs makes him an invaluable asset to the agency and we believe will serve well as the Executive Director. His vision for SFA’s individualized and “family feel” approach has been inspirational.

Please join us in congratulating Jean Paul on this well-deserved appointment. We look forward to an exciting and prosperous future under his leadership. Jean Paul represents the essence of our motto “Dedicated to Making a Difference”.
